The world’s greatest all-time marathoner, Eliud Kipchoge, has smashed another record in Berlin.
Kipchoge clocked 2:02:42 ahead of fellow Kenyan Vincent Kipkemboi, who finished second after clocking 2:03:13.
Tadese Takele of Ethiopia clocked 2:03:24 to finish in the third position.
Kipchoge has made history as the first person to win the Berlin Marathon five times.
Eliud currently holds the marathon record with a finish time of 2:01:09, having claimed his first individual world championship title in 2003 in the junior race at the World Cross Country Championships and setting a world junior record over 5000 m on the track.
