Dennis Manyengo will fly the UDA flag in Lugari Ward after emerging the winner in the party primaries held today in two centers in the ward.
Mr. Manyengo, who is a member of the Lugari CDF committee, scooped a total of 300 votes ahead of his closest opponent, Eunice Songa, who garnered 188 votes.
Patrick Andabwa, brother to Lugari Constituency hopeful Isaac Andabwa, trailed with 131 votes.
