An official of the IEBC has been arrested while his two colleagues are at large after they were found with ballot papers at his home in Maraka in Webuye, Bungoma County,

Webuye Sub-county returning officer, Emmanuel Onyango, has confirmed the incident saying that the official was seized after reports were made by members of the public.

Martin Wanyonyi, a candidate linked to the incident, denied claims of colluding with the officials.

Cases of malpractice by IEBC officials have been reported across the country since yesterday.
