The wife of a popular businessman at Lugari Station has burnt herself with her two children to death after locking herself in their house this evening.
A reliable source told the Western Kenya Times that the woman, who is the wife of Thomas Amito alias Tomcom, locked herself with her three children inside their house located two kilometers from the center and set it ablaze before one child managed to escape.
“The woman and her two children are burnt to death. The house too is burnt. We are waiting for the police to come and collect the bodies,” the source said.
The source said that the woman and her husband were in conflict over the man’s infidelity.
Thomas Amito owns an electronics shop at the market center branded ‘Tomcom’.
