The AFC Leopards joined Gor Mahia FC and Tusker FC to record wins in their opening matches of the Kenya Premier League Season 2022/2023.
Ingwe completed their assignment against Ulinzi Stars and sealed a 0-2 win at the Lang’ata Stadium despite missing the service of top players such as Cliff Nyakeya and Victor Omune due to the transfer ban by FIFA.
The Leopards got their two goals through the Nigerian, Ojo Olaniyi.
Elsewhere, Gor Mahia bagged a crucial narrow 1-0 win against Nzoia Sugar as Tusker thrashed Kakamega Homeboyz 2-0 at Bukhungu Stadium.
