Kakamega Deputy Governor Ayub Savula shared a post and pictures showing his baptism in the River Jordan today.
The former MP of Lugari Constituency is in Israel with other 23 deputy governors for an official Contemporary Public Administration Management program that will run for two weeks.

“The program will enhance administrative roles and benchmarking tour that will help transform Kakamega County in the long-run,” Savula posted on his Facebook page.
The politician spared a little time in Nazareth where they are pitching camp to visit River Jordan.
“Today, Kakamega County Deputy Governor HE. Hon. Ayub Savula was baptized at River Jordan In Israel, same spot where Jesus Christ was baptized by John the Baptist. Hon. Savula was baptized by Rev. Father Alexander A. Don,” read a post on his Facebook page.
“Mark 16:16 Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved but whoever does not believe will be condemned.”
