Court upholds election of Paul Otuoma as Busia Governor, fines petitioner Sh3m

The High Court has upheld the election of Paul Otuoma as the Governor of Busia County, throwing out the petition filed by former Nambale MP John Sakwa Bunyasi.

Mr. Sakwa, the petitioner, has received a blow after he was ordered to pay Sh3 million in costs.
