Leaders from the Western Kenya region have taken a swipe at the judiciary for endorsing the LGBTQ agenda in Kenya.
Led by Kakamega Woman Representative, Elsie Lihanda, the leaders questioned the Supreme Court’s concern about the country’s moral code and the African culture.
“I feel the pain of a mother and as a Christian its disturbing to see our courts giving a leeway to legalization of same sex marriage. These are signs of end times,” she posted on her Facebook page.

Lugari MP Nabii Nabwera also showed consternation at the decision of the Supreme Court to grant rights to gay people.
“Kenya is a God-fearing nation; allowing homosexuality and related acts is unacceptable. How will we tell our children? Where are we heading as a nation? Where are the virtues? It is not in our constitution. Let us follow what our constitution says,” the vocal leader concluded.
Ms. Lihanda and Mr. Nabwera’s sentiments come a few days after the church vehemently condemned the judiciary for endorsing what they said is against the principles of the Bible.
