It was joy for Amir Musa from Webuye after business mogul Joseph Waswa came to his aid by clearing his college fees.
The student, who hails from Maraka Ward in Webuye East Sub-County, will now have nothing to worry about as far as fees is concerned after the Sh60,000 arrears were cleared.
Mr. Waswa, through his Joseph Waswa Foundation, has vowed to give education a priority.
Through the foundation, Mr. Waswa has promised to work closely with like-minded stakeholders to support the youth.
During the December holiday last year, the Joseph Waswa Foundation sponsored a successful flurry of sport activities that kept youths in Bungoma County busy and entertained.
The program was taken positively with Bungoma residents calling on other locals perceived wealthy to emulate the gesture.
The foundation has mapped out an innovate plan to uplift youths, women and elderly within Bungoma County.
The Joseph Waswa Foundation has also been hailed for bailing out medical bills for the needy.
