Two killed in triple collision along Endebess-Suam road

Two young men have died following a tragic road accident involving a truck, a public service vehicle (PSV), and a motorcycle along the Endebess–Suam Road on Wednesday night.

The accident occurred near St. Pius Catholic Church, adjacent to Maingi’s shops, when a truck (registration KBS 531K), a small PSV car (KBZ 196N), and a motorcycle with an unidentified number plate collided.

According to preliminary reports, the truck was heading towards Mowlem, while both the PSV and the motorcycle were travelling in the opposite direction towards Endebess at the time of the crash.

The two victims, believed to have been riding the motorcycle, died on the spot due to the impact of the collision. Authorities have since confirmed that the deceased were young men from Bukwo.

Police officers responded to the scene and moved the bodies to a nearby mortuary as investigations into the cause of the accident continue.

The incident has once again raised concerns over road safety along the Endebess–Suam Road, a route that has witnessed several accidents in recent months.
