Former Kakamega County Senator Cleophas Malala is among key people who have been left out in President William Ruto’s Principal Secretaries (PS) positions for State Departments.
Malala had been speculated to appear in the PS list after missing in the Cabinet Secretaries (CS) appointments, but his name was nowhere to be found in the list of PS’s nominees announced by the President today.
