Cleophas Malala among those left out in Ruto Principal Secretaries list

Mnay anticipated that Malala would be given a PS position after missing out on the CS nominations.

Former Kakamega County Senator Cleophas Malala is among key people who have been left out in President William Ruto’s Principal Secretaries (PS) positions for State Departments.

Malala had been speculated to appear in the PS list after missing in the Cabinet Secretaries (CS) appointments, but his name was nowhere to be found in the list of PS’s nominees announced by the President today.

Many banged on him to be nominated a PS in the State Department of Youth Affairs, Culture and Sports.

Other notable leaders left out are Caleb Kostany, Hassan Omar, Joash Maangi, Cate Waruguru, Millicent Omanga, Bishop Wanjiru, Wilson Sossion, Benjamin Washiali, Okoth Obado, Miguna Miguna, Jaguar, Charles Chweya, Johson Muthama, Isaac Ruto, Irungu Nyakera, Isaac Mwaura, Chris Wamalwa, Nelson Havi and Kimani Ngunjiri.

  11. Dr. Korir Sing’oei – State Department for Foreign Affairs
