Priscah Mwaro, ex-wife of Sports and Arts CS Ababu Namwamba, was yesterday confirmed dead in Nirobi.
Priscah allegedly died due to depression just one day after her birthday and long after divorcing the CS, although her family did not confirm that.
Though her family did not confirm it, whispers in the wind spoke of a deep sadness that had consumed her since her parting with the CS. The once-happy couple, who had been the envy of many a spectator from the jolly moments they used to share online, had been married for eight long years, their union blessed with three children.

Yet, it was the accusations of unfaithfulness against each other that had severed their bond and sent them hurtling towards divorce.
Priscah’s brother, Patrick Mwaro, had implored Ababu to reconsider, to remember the ties that bind families and the love that once united them. But the CS’s heart remained steadfast and he rejected any possibility of taking her back.
“I have told him that he is part of our family since they have three children with Priscah, and in such cases, ties between families cannot be ignored, and it was up to him to decide whether he still wants to live with Prisca or not. You cannot force a man to live with a woman. If he has decided to call it quits with our daughter, so be it. I pleaded with him, but he was adamant and unforgiving,” Patrick was quoted as saying.
Priscah was an employee of KenGen until her death.

Divorce is never a good thing especially when couples have sired children. The devil is at work,he knows that by attacking families he will destroy them.He succeeds and at times he loses but couples need to watch out.No mistake is too big to be forgiven. We are human we err but we must be forgiving and humble.
We all run short of God’s glory.Forgiveness is the best medicine
