Lugari MP Nabii Nabwera plans to spend an estimated Sh484,560,000 to fund education projects in the constituency in his first term in office.
This amount is more than half, or 58.6 percent, of the total estimated expenditure in his eight-pillar plan for the five years he’ll be in office.
In his strategic plan, the MP indicates that he expects to receive an estimated Sh855,971,827, which will be used to finance more than 350 projects in Education, Security, Employment, Social support, Youths, Sports & Culture, Road Infrastructure, Emergency and Disaster and CDF Capacity.
“The bulk of it (willl come) from CDF Board disbursements and the rest in development support from partners,” part of the strategic plan indicates.
