Ford Kenya Party leader and Bungoma Senatorial candidate, Moses Masika Wetangula, has promised goodies to electorates in Trans Nzoia County in terms of development in case the Kenya Kwanza Alliance wins the State House race.
Addressing residents of Cheranganyi, Kwanza and Kiminini Constituencies, Wetangula said Trans Nzoia will benefit with two Cabinet Secretaries, ambassadorial, and Principal Secretaries slots, apart from other goodies packed in the 30% goodies agreement.
According to Wetangula, Trans Nzoia, which is among the Western Kenya counties, will also benefit from 1000 kilometers of tarmac roads.
He further said the Kenya Kwanza administration will also ensure farmers get relief from the harsh farm inputs and free education from ECDE schools to form four-level and education loans for all college and university students.
The senator urged voters to vote for Deputy President William Ruto as the 5th President of the Republic of Kenya and Trans Nzoia gubernatorial candidate Dr. Chris Wamalwa.
About the IEBC tender scandal, Wetangula denied the allegations that he had direct links with the Greek firm that was awarded the tender to print and supply ballot papers and other election materials to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.
He called it panic from the Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya Alliance camp, which raised the allegations.
