ODM parliamentary candidate for Lugari Ward, Nabii Nabwera, has told Chekalini Ward residents that the experience he has amassed while serving in the Kakamega County Government is enough experience for his next hopeful job.
Nabii said next week’s election is a great chance for the people of Lugari Constituency to choose a leader who has their interests at heart.
“It now clear that Lugari Sub-county needs a man who knows it well and I’m the one. Let us vote for Nabii Nabwera for change,” he said on Monday.
As part of his agenda, Nabii said that the Lugari Constituency has many youths with secondary education who have not attended any college to train on any course. He said he is ready to make changes by ensuring that they attend at least vocational training institutions.
“I will make sure that there’s equal distribution of bursaries to the needy,” he said.
The rally was attended by Bryan Lichenga, who is vying for the Kakamega County senatorial seat under ODM.
The two leaders drummed up support for other members of their camp: Kakamega County gubernatorial candidate Fernandes Barasa and Azimio la Umoja, presidential flagbearer Raila Odinga.
