Ford Kenya’s Wafula Wakoli has been declared winner of the Bungoma County senatorial by-election after garnering 66,032 votes.
The election was announced by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission after the then Senator-elect resigned to focus on the National Assembly seat.
The election was conducted yesterday in all the nine constituencies across the county and results announced today.
